Online Fertility Yoga for TTC & IVF

What is fertility yoga at Calm Conception?
Fertility yoga at Calm Conception is a gentle approach to yoga, combining mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation for those navigating TTC, infertility and IVF.
Created by Justine, founder of Calm Conception, a yoga teacher, teacher trainer and meditation guide with over a decade of experience.
I’ve delivered more than 15 yoga teacher training courses, qualifying over 100 women as yoga teachers and supporting hundreds more through yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
After spending four years trying to conceive and going through IVF myself, I understand how complicated your relationship with your body can become during infertility and fertility treatment.
The fertility yoga practices inside Calm Conception bring together my professional experience and my own lived experience to create a space where you can move, breathe and reconnect with your body without pressure, perfection or promises about the outcome.
How fertility yoga can support you
There can be a lot of pressure around fertility yoga and what it should be doing for your body. At Calm Conception, we take a different approach.
Fertility yoga isn’t a magic fix and it can’t guarantee a pregnancy. Instead, it offers you a way to slow down, move gently and reconnect with your body during a time when it can begin to feel like your body is constantly being monitored, tested and treated.
The practices inside Calm Conception combine gentle movement and breathwork, with different classes for your menstrual cycle, the two-week wait and different stages of your fertility journey.
Sometimes you might come to your mat because your body feels tense. Sometimes because your mind won't switch off. And sometimes because you simply need a little space away from thinking about fertility.
There’s nothing to achieve and nowhere you need to get to. Just a little time to move, breathe and come back to yourself.

How We Adapt Practice Across Your Cycle & Treatment
Menstrual Phase
Gentle, nurturing movement for when your period arrives, giving you space to slow down and be kinder to yourself.
After Menstruation
Nourishing movement to release tension, reconnect with your body and gently build energy as you approach ovulation.
Luteal Phase / Two-Week Wait
Calming practices to help quiet a busy mind and offer some space from the uncertainty of the two-week wait.
The hidden emotional toll of IVF treatment
When you begin an IVF cycle, you are handed clinical schedules, medication protocols and consent forms, but very little space is created for what happens to your mind and nervous system.
IVF is rarely just physical. It is a full-body emotional experience marked by high stakes, intense waiting periods, hormonal shifts and the quiet weight of uncertainty.
Trying to conceive and going through fertility treatment can feel incredibly stressful, both mentally and physically. Gentle yoga, slower breathing and restorative practices can support relaxation and help calm the nervous system during periods of stress and uncertainty.
Calm Conception was created to fill the gap between your medical appointments and your daily life. We don't offer medical advice, diagnostics or toxic positivity. We provide non-clinical, on-demand emotional support to help you feel calmer, more connected and less alone while you navigate treatment.
